Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb, often referred to as Indian Ginseng, which has been shown to have a variety of benefits. Ashwagandha also contains flavonoids, antioxidants and amino acids. We use KSM-66®, which is a full-spectrum Ashwagandha extract.
Ashwagandha Dosage
- Take 1-2 capsules daily with or after food.
We recommend starting with one capsule daily and then increasing to two if required.

The origins of our Ashwagandha
Our capsules are made using KSM-66® Ashwagandha sourced from India, which is extracted using only the roots and contains a minimum of 5% withanolides. The extraction process is done without the use of any alcohols or chemical solvents
