Are Supplement Place products high quality?
We do not sell anything that we would not be comfortable taking ourselves. There are many inferior products on the market made with cheap, poor-quality ingredients, but we will always be sure to source the best quality ingredients available and if we cannot find them, we simply will not sell them. We also understand the need for wholefood sources, rather than synthetic sources for ingredients to promote better health.
What is the Money Back Guarantee?
Whilst we hope that everyone finds a supplement suitable and helpful for them, we understand that not everything will be suitable for everyone. So, we offer a money-back guarantee on all products. Simply inform us of your decision within 21 days of receipt or your order and we will provide you with the return’s information. Find out more here.
Will my order fit through my letterbox?
Where possible we supply our capsules in letter-box friendly containers. This long, thin style of container ensures more deliveries can be posted through your letterbox. If pouches or powder or multiple items are ordered, it may not be able to be posted so please ask us for clarification.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free standard delivery for any UK orders over £39.
Do you have certificates of analysis?
Yes. We receive a certificate of analysis and heavy metals analysis (where necessary) with every batch of every product, which can be requested.
How can I get 15% off my first order?

Can I get advice about finding the right product?

Do you offer student or NHS discounts?
Whilst we don’t offer student or NHS discounts specifically, everyone can sign up to our loyalty points scheme to earn discounts. Be sure to sign up to our mailing list for offers and promotions as well.
Do I have to place my order online?

Who should I contact if I am having trouble logging in or placing an order?

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we can ship anywhere in the world. Please note that some products are restricted in certain countries. Please make sure that what you are ordering can be imported to your country. Please also be aware that we do not charge VAT on international orders so this will be payable to customs.
When will my order be despatched?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
Most of our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. We will always specify on the product pages with the symbol 
for Vegan and 
for Vegetarian products
Where is my tracking number?
You should have received an email with your tracking number, but if you have not received this please contact us. If you signed in to your account when placing your order, you can find your tracking number in the “orders” section of your account.
