The Oils
- Lavender is the classic sleepy smell! Commonly used to relax and promote sleep. We use the essential oil from lavender grown at high altitudes for its enhanced therapeutic properties.
- Bergamot’s gentle citrus aroma gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavour. It can help to boost mood and ease worries.
- Sweet marjoram promotes calm and boosts mood. It adds a herbal, woody note to the blend.
- Cedarwood has a woody and citrus scent that can relax the body, clear the mind and encourage good quality sleep.
- Sunflower seed oil is used as a carrier oil to dilute the pure, essential oils and make them safe for use on the skin, whilst moisturising.
- Vitamin E is added as an antioxidant to extend the life of the oils.
Directions
- Apply to pulse points or anywhere you can smell the aroma while relaxing.

Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) seed oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Origanum marjorana (Sweet Marjoram) oil, Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil, Juniperus virginiana (Cedarwood) oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).
Contains linalool, limonene, citral – Naturally occurring in essential oils.
