Sleep Well Bundle

A selection of products to support restful sleep, naturally.

Includes:

• Unwind Tisane from Holly Botanic (20 cups loose)
  • A light, fruity, caffeine-free herbal infusion including hibiscus and lemon balm.
• Sleep Oil from Holly Botanic (10ml)
  • An aromatherapy pulse-point oil with soothing aromas including lavender and cedarwood.
• Infuser
  • One of our lovely infusers picked at random, absolutely free! Infuser will vary with stock.

PLUS

• Valerian Root Extract  (30 capsules)
  • Concentrated extract, take one capsule before bed.

OR

• Valerian Tincture (50ml)
  • A high strength valerian root fluid extract.

 How to use the products

Step 1 – Brew a cup of Unwind with your infuser in the evening and sip to relax.

Step 2 – Take one Valerian Root capsule before bed. Or add 30 drops of Valerian tincture to a little water.

Step 3 – Apply the Sleep Oil to pulse points, pyjama collar or pillow when you’re tucked up.

Ingredients

• Valerian Root capsules – Valerian root 10:1 extract 60mg (0.8% valerenic acid), rice bran 400mg, vegan capsule shell size 00.
• Valerian Tincture – Valeriana officinalis, ethanol, purified water BP.
• Unwind Tisane – Lemon balm, lime flower, passionflower, chamomile, hibiscus.
• Sleep Oil -Ingredients: Helianthus annuus (Sunflower) seed oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Origanum majorana (Sweet Marjoram) oil, Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil, Juniperus virginiana (Cedarwood) oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E). Essential oils contain geraniol, coumarin, limonene, linalool.

Cautions

• Sleep oil for external use only.
• Do not mix valerian with alcohol, sedatives or anti-depressants.
• Discontinue use of valerian two weeks before surgery.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for varied diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medications or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor before use. Discontinue and consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.
