What’s In It?

• Unwind Tisane (20 cups loose) – a light and fruity herbal infusion with lemon balm, linden, passionflower, chamomile, hibiscus and rosehip. Ease stress and promote calmness and relaxation.
• Sleep Pulse Point Oil (10ml) – aromatherapy oils with lavender, bergamot, marjoram and frankincense in handy rollerball bottles to relax and promote sleep.
• Calming Essential Oil Blend (5ml) – a relaxing and mellowing blend of bergamot, frankincense, lavender, marjoram, patchouli, rosewood and ylang ylang pure essential oils to breathe tranquillity into a busy life.
• Clip-On Diffuser – contains a felt pad, which absorbs the essential oil and gradually diffuses the aroma.
• Holly Botanic Mug – a proper mug for enjoying the Holly Botanic range of herbal tisanes.
• Infuser* – a loose tisane infuser chosen at random.

How to Use the Products

• Start by adding a few drops of the Calming essential oil blend to the diffuser and let the aromas drift.
• Relax while sipping the hibiscus and lemon balm Unwind tisane using your Holly Botanic mug and infuser.
• Apply the Sleep Oil to pulse points, pillows or anywhere you can smell the calming aromas.
• Drift off into a peaceful sleep.

• Calming Essential Oil Blend: Citrus bergamia fruit oil (Bergamot essential oil), Boswellia carterii oil (Frankincense essential oil), Lavandula angustifolia herb oil (Lavender essential oil), Origanum majorana leaf oil (Sweet Marjoram essential oil), Pogostemon cablin oil (Patchouli essential oil), Dalbergia sissoo oil (Rosewood essential oil), Cananga odorata flower oil (Ylang ylang essential oil).
• Sleep Oil: Prunus armeniaca kernel oil (Apricot kernel oil), Lavandula angustifolia herb oil (Lavender essential oil), Origanum marjorana leaf oil (Sweet Marjoram essential oil), Boswellia carterii oil  (Frankincense essential oil), Citrus aurantium bergamia peel oil (Bergamot FCF essential oil). Contains Linalol: 0.773%; Limonene: 0.223%; Citral: 0.006%.
• Unwind Tisane: Hibiscus, rosehip, passionflower, lemon balm, lime flower, chamomile.
