Digest is a minty, aromatic herbal infusion designed to relieve digestive issues. Acid reflux, nausea, bloating and general indigestion will affect us at all at some point. This blend naturally (and tastily) relieves uncomfortable symptoms. It’s ideal as an after-dinner drink.

Chronic digestive complaints can be a sign of a more serious issue. Speak to your health practitioner if concerned.

Digest is available loose and in bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

What’s In It?

• Peppermint is commonly used to relieve nausea and is well known for its digestive benefits. It can ease painful bloating and disperse trapped wind and makes a brilliant herbal tea for digestion.
• Chamomile is soothing and can relax stomach cramps. Its calming properties can help stomach aches caused by stress and anxiety.
• Fennel seed’s volatile oils help to alleviate trapped wind and flatulence and reduce that ‘too full’ feeling.
• Coriander seed is a gentle carminative. It settles the stomach and sweetens the breath.

Instructions

To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tea bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.

The pouches are made from full recyclable PE. They are heat sealed and resealable. The labels are paper. There is no need to separate the labels and pouches for recycling.
