Breathe is a light, floral blend designed to help relieve sinus congestion and catarrh. It’s a must-have for cold and flu season, but delicious to drink any time.
Sinus inflammation is a common symptom of respiratory infections as well as irritations and allergies. Long lasting or recurring sinus problems can be a sign of a more serious health issue. Speak to your health practitioner if concerned.
Breathe is available loose and in bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

What’s in It?
- Echinacea is widely used as an immune stimulant to counter both bacterial and viral infections.
- Elderflower can reduce fevers and tone the linings of the nose and throat, increasing their resistance to infection.
- Marshmallow leaf is soothing and protects the mucous membranes. Its demulcent quality also relieves dry coughs and is perfect for natural sinus relief.
- Nettle is cleansing, detoxifying and has anti-allergenic properties.
- Rosehip is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C.
Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
