This apricot-flavoured Vitamin B12 Boost oral spray delivers 1,200µg of Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) as well as green tea extract and chromium for that energy boost!

Methylcobalamin is the most bioavailable form of B12 and can reduce tiredness and fatigue as well as supporting the immune system and nervous system.

Vitamin B12 can be particularly beneficial for those following a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle and Pernicious Anaemia sufferers.

This spray delivers the nutrients directly into the bloodstream, the tiny droplets within the spray absorb quickly via the buccal membrane of the inner cheek.

To Use

Initial use: Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.

• Use 4 sprays daily (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner)
• Shake well before every use
• Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds
• Replace the cap after use
• Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays
• Once opened, use within 6 months
• Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight

Suitable from 3 years and above (Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.)
